Tuesday: Weight Watchers Day


Starting Weight: 247.4
Weight Last Week: 234.4
Weight This Week: 236.8

Up again this week; almost two and a half pounds. The is more of a gain that can I can blame on water weight. I’m really disappointed in myself. I know this has to do with all the super yummy, but not very good for me food I ate last week (see: Moe’s, Pistachio Cake, Alcohol, Fried Chicken and Waffles, BBQ, Mac and Cheese). I know I need to make better choices and I definitely need to get back to tracking. That’s my goal for this week; to track everyday.
