Tuesday: Weight Watchers Day


Starting Weight: 247.4
Weight Last Week: 225.2
Weight This Week: 225.8

After last weeks emotional crap binge-fest, I was pleasantly surprised that I only gained .6 this week. I’m not really sure what that’s a testament to, but I’ll take it (and hope the real gain won’t catch up next week.) I’m back on plan though and gearing up for my first 5K on Saturday. I’ll probably run/walk versus just running. We’ll see how it goes.
