Sunday very often sets the tone for the rest of my week. It’s the day I’m able to prep and plan for the week ahead; it’s also the day I do a lot of the cooking for the week. Today’s cooking included grilling flank steak and chili-lime chicken, roasting corn for soup, making egg casserole for breakfasts, and making margaritas. It was a fairly busy day in the kitchen.
